The bridal suite at the Inchydoney Island Lodge was the setting for the morning preparations. A four poster bed and floor to ceilings window take full advantage of the coastal backdrop and natural light for hanging a brides dress. The bride’s bouquet was pristine white roses.

The Church of the Immaculate Conception, Clonakilty is worthy of cathedral status, the grandeur is fitting for a wedding. The Groom in black tie took up the challenge of looking stunning, with the groom wearing a black dickie bow while his groomsmen wore ties. Uniquely the Father of the Bride walked her to the top of the aisle and the mother of the bride then gave her a way. A nice way of acknowledging both parents. The ceremony was full of emotion and the exit from the long aisle was joyous.

Inchydoney Island Lodge

Inchydoney Island Lodge over looks the beach front. The sand dunes provided an additional texture to photographs and film. The girls were well prepared with light shawls matching there dresses. The effect of the shawls on the beach really worked well even though the breeze was gentle. The ocean and the beach really is a great place to have your wedding photoshoot.

The banqueting room in Inchydoney Island Lodge has a sea side wihite shutter window feel. The evening light bounces of the ocean and seeps in through the tall windows. The Papa Zitas boogied the night away in their style of jazzed up music. The first dance was fitting finish to the day and the start of a great night dancing.
